# Ted terms and refunds

Ted by Mama Studio.

## Who we are

Ted is a Mac app made by Mama Studio. These terms cover buying and using Ted. Questions go to founder@xelron.in.

## Free trial

Ted works fully for 7 days from the first time you open it. No card or account is needed for the trial. When it ends, every feature in Ted pauses until you buy a license. Your plan, streaks, and settings stay on your Mac and come back when you unlock.

## Price and payment

- A Ted license costs $1 (USD), paid once. Your bank may add currency conversion or international fees.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
- It's not a subscription. You're charged once, nothing renews, and there's nothing to cancel.
- Your license includes every future update of Ted.

## Refunds

If Ted isn't working for you, email founder@xelron.in within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days. A refunded license key stops working.

## Your license key

After paying you get a license key. It's for you and your own Macs. Please don't share or resell it. If it's shared widely we may switch it off and send you a new one.

## Delivery

Ted is software delivered by download from tedcoachai.com. Nothing is shipped. Your key works as soon as the payment goes through.

## Changes to the price

We may change the price for new buyers. A license you've already bought is never charged again.

## The fine print

Ted is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs, and we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
